Group Clinical Supervision Workshop

This small, high-impact group supervision experience is designed for pre-licensed counselors who want more than simply completing licensure hours. The group offers a supportive, reflective space to strengthen clinical skills, deepen ethical decision-making, and develop a confident professional identity—while also gaining insight into leadership and entrepreneurship within today’s mental health landscape.

Supervision is facilitated in a collaborative group format that emphasizes case consultation, reflective practice, and intentional growth. Supervisees are supported in navigating real-world clinical challenges, professional boundaries, and long-term career goals, whether their path includes private practice, leadership roles, or systems-level work.
